Certain wage validation test cases may have been failing due to a June 2 release issue. A hotfix was deployed on June 13 at 3pm EDT to fix this issue; tests that were impacted should be passing again.
If you are not able to access your account by using verification code from your authenticator app, you can login by using your recovery code. It will disable your Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and you will need to re-enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) after you login.
